Kiss officially hired Singer to replace Carr. However, Carr's health continued to decline-and he died in November 1991. Kiss's original plan was for Singer to play drums with the band until Carr was healthy enough to return. After the shoot, Paul and Gene persuaded Carr to take care of his health and not worry about the band.
